**Summary:**
Provides nutritional counseling to patients in the Home Care setting; provides consultative services to staff.
**Education And Credentials**
**Responsibilities:**
BS with major in Foods and Nutrition. Master's degree in Nutrition or Public Health required. Registered Dietician license required. Valid NYS drivers license
**Experience**
**Other information:**
One (1) year clinical experience including counseling patients regarding normal and therapeutic nutrition.
