We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Hearing Aid Specialists to join our Onsite Senior Care team and provide exceptional hearing care services to seniors in retirement home communities and nursing homes. This role focuses on delivering diagnostics and hearing solutions directly to residents, ensuring convenient and accessible care tailored to their unique needs.
This is a hybrid position. Must be local to New Jersey. Position located within the Northern NJ area.
Salary: $60,000-$90,000 + Monthly commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics.
- Fit and program hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
- Educate residents and their families on hearing health and the benefits of hearing solutions.
- Collaborate with nursing home staff to schedule appointments and manage care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all healthcare regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and community staff.
Qualifications
- Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist in New Jersey.
- Preferred: A Flu Shot may be required.
- Experience working with elderly populations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to travel to onsite locations within 1.5 hours of your home.

Our Ideal Candidate: A licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser with previous sales and customer service experience. A team player with excellent verbal communication skills who is motivated by helping people hear better.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Hold a license to dispense hearing aids with the State Board of Hearing Instrument Specialists/Audiology
• Minimum of 3 years of previous sales or customer service experience
• Communication skills to converse clearly with patients in person
