SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Under the general supervision of the Property Manager, assists the manager in the overall operation of the property, day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs; maintains acceptable occupancy level and develops a supportive environment for all residents, including special needs residents. APM interacts with and oversees vendors and establishes and maintains effective working relationships with onsite support staffs.
Responsibilities- Interviews and screens prospective residents for occupancy.
- Prepares, processes and signs leases and rules.
- Purchases general supplies, and services following the P.O. policy and procedures.
- Assists with inspections and monitoring work orders.
- Rent collection, receipting, prepares deposits using Boston Post property management software.
- Writes warning letters and prepares legal notices to residents.
- Submits required reports and maintains records according to JSCo policies.
- Performs related work and other duties required.
- Ability to work evening hours.
- Conflict resolution/mediation.
- High school diploma or GED required. BA degree desirable.
- Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
- Excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must have 1-2 years property management experience preferably with Tax Credit properties.
- Prior experience in managing affordable housing complexes.
- Must have valid Drivers License and reliable transportation, and be able to travel for training purposes.
- Knowledgeable regarding company policies, federal, state, and local laws, Tax Credit Section 42, and other rules that pertain to tenants.

- Commission photographers and produce shoots for print and digital.
- Lead production on set and have strong on-set art directing experience.
- Collaborate with the visual, art and editorial teams to conceptualize creative shoot concepts.
- Research photos for all sections of print and digital with a strong emphasis on conceptual imagery, food and portraiture.
- Manage shoot budgets effectively, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters while demonstrating resourcefulness in allocating and maximizing available resources.
- Input credits, pass hi-res files, book travel, prop style, generate photo contracts and certificates of insurance, create call sheets, etc.
- A minimum of five years of experience working in the photo department of a magazine or similar outlet.
- Must possess strong conceptual thinking skills with a background or experience in conceptual art and visual storytelling.
- Must have experience producing still life, fashion, celebrity and beauty shoots.
- This candidate must exhibit professionalism and have a proven ability to work effectively with others.
- Must be a strong photo producer and have experience art directing on-set.
- Must have good relationships with photographers, stylists and photo agents.

The base salary for this role is between $74,000 - $0,000 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Location: This role is currently based in the NYC office at least 3 days a week. No remote option.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role (previous DBA experience is a plus)
- Experience with big data frameworks and tools, such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka and Hive
- Expert in SQL, including a knowledge of efficient query and schema design, DDL, data modeling and use of stored procedures
- Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go or Java
- Experience with CI/CD, containerization (ex: docker, K8s) and orchestration (ex: Airflow)
- Experience building production systems with more modern ETL, ELT and data systems, such as AWS Glue, Databricks, Snowflake, Elastic, and Azure Cognitive Search
- Experience deploying data infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong knowledge of data quality, data governance, and data security principles and practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
