- Startup and stop equipment.
- Assist with production.
- Cleans production area.
- Breakdown boxes for recycling.
- Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
- Feed or place raw material, wip onto equipment for processing.
- Teamwork.
- Ensure conformance to specifications.
- Use pallet jack.
- Separate frozen material for processing.
- Place equipment on a conveyor belt for further processing.
- Record data.
- Load and unload processing equipment.
- Package finished products.
- Take instructions from supervisors.
- Efficiently and safely move product to the proper area for use following all department and QA procedures.
- Sorting, wrapping, packing, repacking as needed. Transfer finished goods pallets to the holding freezer.
- Return raw materials, WIPs, or packaging materials to the respective department or location in accordance with the department's procedures for receiving and returning materials.
- Proper housekeeping throughout the shift and in all departmental areas.

Core Responsibilities- Performs a variety of floor operations related to filling such as labeling cartons and drums, operating automatic and manual package fillers, positioning bags in cartons, removing or positioning covers on tins or pails, positioning tins in cartons or crates, wiping excess product from containers.
- Strap containers, truck barrels and boxes from filling floor and pile in storage, truck supplies from storage, assemble and tape cartons.
- Clean up filling line and equipment when done. Clean filters and floors as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s).
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred.
