Summary:
3E is seeking a highly organized and service-driven Crib Manager to oversee our on-site MRO electrical inventory crib located at Vermeer's Pella campus. This role plays a key part in ensuring Vermeer's facilities and maintenance teams have the materials they need to operate efficiently.
Reports to: Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Experience in electrical distribution or as an electrician (required)
+ Experience with inventory management or crib operations (preferred)
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Working Conditions:
+ Varied work environment and conditions to include indoor and outdoor settings
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Essential Job Functions:
+ Manage 3E's inventory crib at Vermeer Plant 3½
+ Support Vermeer's electricians and maintenance teams by sourcing and providing electrical parts
+ Maintain and replenish stock levels to meet daily operational needs
+ Expedite critical items to avoid maintenance or production delays
+ Deliver parts to departments as needed (using 3E truck)
+ Provide competitive quotes and assist with vendor negotiations
+ Serve as a trusted resource for electrical product knowledge
+ Collaborate with vendor reps to position 3E as Vermeer's preferred distributor
+ Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
+ Use digital tools including email, laptops, and inventory systems to manage operations

  • Experience managing client relationships including diverse stakeholder groups (e.g. financial sponsors, management teams, external advisors)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with senior level clients
  • Ability to travel 50-75%+ based on type of project and client needs
  • Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship


Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
