Role Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk you have the responsibility to give our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:
- Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
- Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner.
- Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures as required by Concord.
- Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
- Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
- Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
- Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.

JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager is a leader in the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function. This individual assists in any HR function including, legal compliance, associate relations, recruiting, training, payroll, and benefits for our associates. They communicate and coordinate these functions with the local and regional managers and the General Managers at each property.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
Development of Department and Training
• Coordinates Human Resources programs with hotel General Managers.
• Researches Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
• Assists in the development and training procedures per brand standards
• Assist in associate onboarding, orientation and management development
• Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws
• Helps to remain compliant with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements
Associate Relations
• Establishes and leads the recruiting and hiring practices
• Interviews management candidates; serves as part of the interview team for position finalists.
• Conducts periodic surveys to measure satisfaction and engagement.
• Develops, monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the company.
• Monitors the tracking of OSHA-required data.
• Liason between insurance broker and associates to communicate benefits offered and assist in sign-up process.
• Protects the interests of associates and the company in accordance with policies, governmental laws and regulations.
Other
• Assist Director of Human Resources with other duties as assigned
• Assist in the openings of new hotels at any capacity needed
• Travel as needed for recruitment, training and business demands
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Terratron including but not limited to those contained in the associate and manager handbooks
• Assists in the implementation of company safety and health programs in compliance with OSHA, SDS and ADA laws
Essential Skills and Experience
• HR background or related field preferred.
• Strong skills in oral and written communication.
• Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, Microsoft Office, communication tools, and payroll and human resources software.
• Reliable, self-motivated and good time management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and coaching skills.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including some weekends, holidays, days, and nights
