**About the job:**
**Assists with the accuracy and completeness of medication history collection across the continuum of care beginning in the emergency dept or the inpatient units and under the direct supervision of the pharmacy department**
**Works with the patient, family, or caregivers to establish the most accurate medication history of the patient**
**Provides support to the physician and pharmacy staff when clarification of home medications are needed**
**Compares electronic medication records to the patient provided information to ensure accuracy**
**Requirements:**
**Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent**
**Licensure: Licensed by the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy Tech as a Pharmacy Technician.**
**Experience: Four (4) years experience as a pharmacy tech required. Ambulatory or retail experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds and at all levels within the medical center and in the community. Ability to create and foster a cooperative teamwork environment. Basic computer skills, electronic data entry. Knowledge of commonly used prescription drugs including brand/generic names, available dosage, frequencies and indications**

The Architectural Historians will consist of professional and non-professional personnel to provide support to state, tribal, territorial local governments, and some private non-profits. In this role, you will:
+ Conduct site inspections and ensuring that any proposed project actions comply with environmental,floodplain, and historic preservation laws, regulations, and executive orders
+ Conduct environmental assessments and environmental impact statements
+ Review and analyze professional architectural/engineering reports and designs or as-built plans
+ Thoroughly document analyses in writing
+ Develop scopes of work, including related code and standard requirements
+ Validate applicant-provided scopes of work, including related code and standard requirements
+ Develop and review cost estimates
+ Advise FEMA staff on the technical validity of claims presented under FEMA's arbitration process
+ Should arbitration hearings occur, you will testify as an expert witness on FEMA's behalf
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
+ 2 years minimum of prior Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) experience
+ A master's degree in architectural history (or related field); OR a bachelor's degree in historic architecture (or related field) plus at least two years of full-time experience in research, writing, or teaching in American architectural history or restoration architecture with an academic institution, historical organization or agency, museum, or other professional institution; or substantial contribution through research and publication to the body of scholarly knowledge in the field of American architectural history
+ 5 years of experience in a related field
+ 1-2 years of experience in Historic Architecture related site inspections of large commercial construction infrastructures
+ 1-2 years of experience in historic architecture in any of the following eligible types of work:
+ Restoration of roads, bridges, water control facilities, buildings, equipment, utilities, debris removal, schools, churches, parks and recreation centers
+ The ability to obtain and maintain FEMA Public Trust
+ A United States citizenship
+ The ability to obtain and maintain FEMA specific trainings
+ Microsoft Office skills
+ The ability to deploy to any location in zone 2 with a 24-48-hour notice after task order award
+ _Zone 2 includes Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming_
+ The ability to go on 6-12-month deployments at a minimum
+ Experience and comfortability using a smart phone
+ The ability to work independently, in a team environment, and under stressful conditions with tight deadlines

Seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Reference Archivist to join our Historical Services and Archive Team. This role is pivotal in preserving and disseminating the rich history and the aerospace industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to reference requests from both internal and external customers, providing key support for historical research, and contributing to the organization and stabilization of all archival materials. The successful candidate will have strong communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reference Services and Access: Responds to requests for specific information (ex: facts, data checking) from internal/external customers using standard research practices requiring basic knowledge of company and aerospace history. Gathers relevant information using libraries, internet, internal archive databases, and personal expertise using standard research practices to answer specific and in-depth questions and to ensure historical accuracy.
* Group Inbox Management: Efficiently manage the research group inbox to ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests for historical information.
* Material Arrangement: Organizes artifact records, film, digital records and photographs and negatives into collections per historical services policy. Retrieves, re-files material into proper location.
* Material Description: Catalogues by entering description and keywords, titles, etc. into archival database to ensure timely and accurate retrieval of materials requested by customers or historians
* Information Retention Focal: Serve as the focal point for information retention, ensuring compliance with historical services program corporate policy.
Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree in History, Archival Studies, Library Science, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred.
* Writing and Documentation: Contributes to articles that highlight the companies heritage, milestones, and relationships.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in History, Archival Studies, Library Science, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred.
* Three years or more of proven experience in archival research, preservation, and cataloging.
* Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management Systems (DAM).
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Have strong written communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Preference for experience collaborating across large matrixed organizations, with the ability to support various department goals.

Position Summary:
Teen Historian Apprentices work as a team of eight to plan and create a variety of creative public history projects. Using the resources of the Missouri Historical Society, they conduct research on topics they care about and are given a high level of ownership over complex projects that work to fulfill MHS's mission and reach the broader St. Louis community. Apprentices participate in regular professional development workshops to gain the skills necessary to successfully execute the projects they are working on.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts research, writes content, and develops public history projects in collaboration with fellow Teen Historian Apprentices:
- Uses primary and secondary source material for research.
- Brainstorms and identifies content for inclusion in projects.
- Creates digital content for the Missouri Historical Society's website and social media accounts.
- Plans and conducts interpretive programming for the public.
- Develops material for other projects as needed.
Participates in evaluation for personal growth, program development and fundraising:
- Conducts regular check-ins with supervisor.
- Fills out two written self-evaluations each year.
Engages in professional development and team building sessions:
- Attends regular professional development workshops during the school year.
- Attends occasional field trips to museums and cultural institutions.
- Attends occasional off-site meetings, including See STL walking tours
Promotes the Teens Make History program and recruits prospective teens:
- Speaks with museum leadership and program donors as needed.
- Informs peers, teachers, and others about Teens Make History programs.
Assists with the STL Changemakers program.
- Reviews applications for the STL Changemakers program and provides input on summer curriculum.
Assists with other programs and events as needed.

Schedule and Work hours:
This is a part time position that works four hours a week during the school year (September-May). Work meetings are from 3:45-5:45pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Extra hours may be offered on occasion.

St. Luke's is looking for a full-time Medication Historian Technician to join our team sitting in Boise, Idaho. Medication Historian Technicians work directly with our patients reviewing their medication history with them at the bedside. MHT's reach out to our patient's pharmacy to review their lists of recently filled medications and with current providers to obtain their most up to date medication history. This allows our technicians to review their medication lists for discrepancies, have changes validated by pharmacists and work closely with the attending providers offering feedback of major findings that may have been missed. Medication historian technicians work in a dynamic environment with other interdepartmental disciplines like inpatient pharmacist, nurses, and case management/social work to provide the highest, safest quality of care available.
**Qualifications:**
