As a Seasonal Docent – Holiday , you will serve as a warm and knowledgeable guide throughout Bergdorf Goodman during the festive season, ensuring every client enjoys an elevated and engaging shopping experience. You will be a storyteller—bringing the Bergdorf Goodman experience to life through brand history, product insights, and personalized service—while supporting store events and ensuring visitors feel welcomed and informed. This is a full-time, seasonal role running from September/October through late December/early January, depending on business needs. This role is not commission-eligible.
