Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of (+25 ) phlebotomists working in Patient Service Centers and/or physician's offices in (Cities and/or Counties)
- Manage patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels and information logs
- Monitor monthly productivity and report any deviations as necessary
- Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules through resourceful and creative thinking
- Perform operational duties such as payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisals
- Partner with Human Resources regarding employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
- Hire and train phlebotomists to fill any open positions
- Communicate effectively to internal and external customers including patients, client office staff, sales team, logistics and senior management
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and clients
- Assist in the set-up of new Patient Service Centers or Client Offices
- Provide resolution of any patient or client issues
- Perform, collect and prepare specimens when needed
- Travel to additional sites as necessary
Job Requirements:
In order to ensure the safety of our patients, this position requires as part of the post-offer onboarding process, successful completion of medical surveillance testing which includes: TB testing; proof of immunity or vaccination for Hepatitis B, Varicella, and MMR; and color blind deficiency testing (if required by position). - High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Must be at least 21 years’ old
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

Responsible for stocking supplies and carts, assist Room Attendants & Turndown Attendants, deliver guest request and special projects assign by Manager. To provide and maintain the highest possibly service standards to our clientele at all times.
Essential Duties:
- Assist room attendants with soiled linen and trash
- Sweep and mop walkways, stairwells, vending areas and foyers
- Clean and remove spots and spider mites from walls and doors. Clean doors to suites and thresholds
- Obtain amenities and supplies, rotate mattresses and move furniture as assigned by manager
- Maintain linen rooms in neat, orderly condition. Deliver items to suite on request. Assist in picking up dirty glasses and delivering clean glasses
