We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our client's boutique law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting a fast-paced commercial real estate finance practice, requiring a deep understanding of legal processes and the ability to manage high volumes of transactions effectively. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in legal support, with a focus on real estate financing and client-focused demands.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support for a high-volume commercial real estate finance practice.
- Draft, review, and manage legal opinions and documentation related to real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with clients and practice groups to meet deadlines and ensure seamless workflow.
- Assist in preparing and organizing materials for real estate financing transactions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support legal decision-making processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Adapt to the demands of a dynamic work environment, including occasional overtime as needed.
Requirements - Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a large firm or busy legal group.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate finance and related legal processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal opinions and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high transaction volumes.
- Openness to working overtime when required.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and software is an advantage.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in California.
+ 10+ years of hands-on experience in real estate finance, ideally with an Am Law 100 or top-tier boutique firm.
+ Demonstrated expertise in complex commercial real estate financing transactions.
+ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
+ Portable business is a plus but not required.
