This position plays a key role in supplementing the nursing care provided by the RN and ensures the delivery of patient-centered, end-of-life care with dignity, empathy, and professionalism.

Pay Rate: $26/hr+ (pay is based on qualifications and experience)

• Deliver direct patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with the patient's plan of care.
• Monitor, report, and document changes in patient condition; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
