Our client is looking for a meticulous and experienced Senior Quality Control Specialist to oversee the quality assurance of industrial cleaning services. This role is critical in ensuring that all cleaning operations meet the highest standards of efficacy, safety, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control protocols, conducting detailed inspections, and providing training to cleaning teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine comprehensive quality control checklists and procedures for various industrial cleaning environments.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections and audits of cleaning activities to ensure adherence to standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Identify deficiencies in cleaning performance and implement corrective action plans.
- Analyze inspection data and generate detailed reports on quality metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Train cleaning staff on quality standards, proper techniques, safety protocols, and the correct use of equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, training sessions, and corrective actions taken.
- Liaise with clients to address any quality concerns and ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new cleaning technologies, and relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with operations managers and supervisors to continuously improve cleaning processes and service delivery.
- Manage and maintain inventory of quality control equipment and supplies.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the cleaning team.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback to management on the performance of cleaning teams and equipment effectiveness.
- Assist in the onboarding and ongoing development of cleaning personnel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial cleaning, facility maintenance, or quality control, with at least 2 years in a quality assurance or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques for various industrial settings.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to cleaning operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough inspections and document findings accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in training and development is advantageous.
- Physical ability to conduct site inspections, which may involve some manual tasks.
- Certification from a relevant industry association is a plus.
