As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
