Project DescriptionThe development role involves contributing to both core backend database logic and working closely with the application platform, built using J2EE and Tomcat. The team supports a fast-paced environment that requires adapting to complex and rapidly evolving business requirements. You will collaborate with project managers to estimate tasks, deliver new features, and ensure continuous improvement in database performance and system reliability.

Design and implement new features using PL/SQL in Oracle-based systems;
Develop and maintain database logic for highly available, scalable applications;
Perform database tuning and optimization to ensure efficient performance;
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related issues and application defects;
Work closely with project managers to provide estimates, set deadlines, and deliver technical solutions;
Support and improve existing database performance and infrastructure;
Contribute to system analysis, testing, debugging, and documentation;
Follow best practices for source control and CI/CD using tools such as SVN, Git, and Jenkins;
Job Requirements5+ years of experience working as a developer, with a strong focus on PL/SQL and Oracle databases;
Proven experience designing and developing database logic for high-availability systems;
Deep knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, including performance tuning and debugging techniques;
Experience with XML, JSON, and REST-based integrations;
Familiarity with version control systems and tools such as SVN, Git, Jira, Jenkins, and Confluence;
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
English proficiency at intermediate (B1+) level;
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and high energy;

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in hospitality design to join our team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces for our hotels that are both functional and aesthetically appealing, ensuring a superior guest experience while aligning with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and layouts for hotel rooms, lobbies, lounges, restaurants, and other public spaces.
Work closely with hotel management, architects, and contractors to deliver projects from concept to completion.
Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, color palettes, and finishes within budget and brand standards.
Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and design documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
Oversee onsite installations, supervise quality control, and ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and sustainability regulations.
Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in hospitality design.

Flexible to travel at different locations if needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in hospitality or hotel interior design (preferred).
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong sense of color, space planning, and design aesthetics.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
