**Be the Backbone of Aerospace Logistics**
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Component Return Administrator** to support our aerospace operations in Troy, OH. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and accurate return of aircraft components, directly impacting aircraft reliability and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with the Returned Goods (RG) department and supply base, you'll be the link that keeps communication and components flowing across major aerospace programs.
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Track and manage **returned units** to and from customers and suppliers
+ Collaborate daily with the **Returned Goods (RG) department** to maintain visibility on open Work in Progress (WIP)
+ Follow up with suppliers to **expedite overdue returns** and resolve backlogs
+ Provide **written status updates** for internal teams and customers
+ Support return processes for high-volume and critical components, including **LRUs, EBAs, and EBACs**
+ Monitor and report on recurring removal rates (approx. 10 units/week for BD-100) and support component tracking across two major programs
