About the Team:
Our Field Operations team owns the support of Member and Property needs while working closely with our host, installation, and property success teams, based in our Birmingham, AL headquarters. What You'll Do:
  • Manage short-term reservations, coordinating with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with booking platform representatives and property partners to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the end-to-end reservation process, acting as the key point of contact to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries, support requests, and ticket resolutions efficiently through multiple communication channels.
  • Form partnerships with and oversee property housekeeping teams.
  • Evaluate property and home condition, ensuring inventory meets Landing standards
  • Oversee market metrics

Performing the Host role; ultimately responsible for greeting the customer immediately when they enter Hooters. This position must possess a personal and energetic personality to welcome and seat guests ensuring their needs are accommodated. The Host recognizes and knows how to assist parties with children, large parties, businessmen/women and all other types of people that enter Hooters doors. The Host controls the flow of the restaurant through seating and to alleviate Hooters Girls from getting multiple tables at one time to ensure each guest gets an excellent service experience. The Host must be aware of new menu items and specials and be able to answer all questions about the menu. The Host may also act as the person responsible for selling Merchandise.

Performing the To-Go role; taking orders via phone, delivery service apps/tablets, online orders, and walk-in guests. This role time, and order accuracy. Additional duties of this position will include suggestive selling, ensuring order accuracy, orders packaged accurately, and receiving payment. The To-Go position must be aware of new menu items and specials and be able to answer all questions about the menu.

Performing the Staff role; maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of various areas of the restaurant to include the parking lot, Front of House, and restrooms. This role plays a significant part of the guests' perception of the atmosphere. Attention to detail of restaurant needs in all aspects of staff support responsibilities. Keeps all wait stations fully stocked and maintained. If applicable, Staff may assist in stocking and cleanliness of the Hooters bar area and performing Food Runner task. **About the role**
As a CBRE Meeting & Events Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a small team assigned to meetings, events & conference services.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday in Indianapolis, IN.
**What you'll do**
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor. Lead all aspects of the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Support other Event Managers on the account during high profile/large events.

**What you'll need**
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Preferred experience within the hospitality, hotel, and/or conference center space.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and provide solutions.

**Responsibilities**
**What You will Do**
+ You will understand what motivates customers to buy and what drives the industry to grow faster and know how to tap into those needs in an effective way
+ You will be responsible for encouraging long-term strategic relationships within select high profile enterprise accounts
+ You will develop a robust qualified pipeline and handle strategic and customer centric account planning, crafting, owning and forecasting
+ You will be the trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to buy, architect and adopt Oracle solutions
+ You will work across the Oracle ecosystems and our technology partners to transform customer organizations and build enduring capabilities.
+ Nurture client relationships by building trust, partnership and an emotional connection to the Oracle brand and team
+ Gain access and build relationships with key executives, C-level leaders and decision makers.
+ Master and share the "why Oracle story" that represents the value we provide to customers with our unified, multi-pillar offerings.
+ Build and execute key sales and business development initiatives to improve awareness of Oracle OCI and increase sales pipeline.
+ Successfully prospect into your assigned accounts to discover and develop viable selling opportunities.
+ Initiate and manage sophisticated sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal partners (Pre-Sales, Product Management, Executives and Industry Global Business Units to name a few).
+ Travel as required, as this role may be a virtual position.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,800 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
