  • Developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and RevPAR.
  • Conducting detailed market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting.
  • Setting and managing room rates, inventory restrictions, and channel strategies across all distribution platforms (e.g., GDS, OTAs, direct bookings).
  • Monitoring and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and achieve financial targets.
  • Implementing and optimizing the use of revenue management software and tools.
  • Developing promotional offers and packages to drive incremental revenue.
  • Forecasting future business volumes and proactively identifying opportunities and challenges.
  • Presenting performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensuring the optimal distribution of inventory across various channels to capture the widest possible market.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably with luxury hotels.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto) and hotel property management systems (PMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking strategies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Miami market and its competitive landscape is a significant advantage.
