Charles Gough - State Farm Agency, located in Rainbow City, AL is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.

The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction while supporting our Producer Team. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answer phones and greet clients.
• Assist producer team members in a support and service.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets

**Customer Experience**
