- THIS IS A 100% TRAVELING ROLE ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST - MUST BE ABLE TO SUPPLY A PROJECT LIST FROM THE LAST 5 YEARS***
Having been in business for more than 25 years, we hold licenses in 15 states in the Southeast and can obtain licenses in any state. Since our inception, we have finished more than 900 projects to date. During the initial endeavor, we found that honesty does contribute to the development of long-term relationships. Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee ground-up construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and resources to achieve project objectives in the commercial sector including gas stations, retail, automotive, restaurants, medical, financial institutions, government work, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from ground-up to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, preferably across ground-up commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with ground-up construction projects in various industries such as automotive, restaurants/hospitality, and gas stations.
- Valid driver's license
- Compensation: $70k-120k base + bonus
- Car allowance: $800/month
- Per Diem
