Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to ensure the hospitality requirements of the Specialty Care management department are addressed. This position maintains the relationship with external travel vendors, such as hotels and shuttle companies. They inspect vendors on an annual basis. This role also handles customer survey concerns. This position reports to the Finance and Hospitality Manager.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with hotel vendors and shuttle services.
- Negotiate best rates and offerings.
- Contract with vendor partners on an annual basis.
- Customer satisfaction representative.
- Process invoices.
- Travel to inspect hotels and shuttle services.
- Present a positive image of Consociate Health at all times.
- Provide and promote the delivery of services with a prevailing attitude of respect and recognition of the personal worth and dignity of every individual whether they are a customer or co-worker.
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner, while also demonstrating receptivity through active listening.
- Identify and perform work that has not been specifically assigned, as needed.

The Host controls the flow of the restaurant through seating and to alleviate Hooters Girls from getting multiple tables at one time to ensure each guest gets an excellent service experience. The Host must be aware of new menu items and specials and be able to answer all questions about the menu. The Host may also act as the person responsible for selling Merchandise.
Preforming the To-Go role; taking orders via phone, delivery service apps/tablets, online orders, and walk-in guests. This role time, and order accuracy. Additional duties of this position will include suggestive selling, ensuring order accuracy, orders packaged accurately, and receiving payment. The To-Go position must be aware of new menu items and specials and be able to answer all questions about the menu.
Performing the Staff role; maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of various areas of the restaurant to include the parking lot, Front of House, and restrooms. This role plays a significant part of the guests’ perception of the atmosphere. Attention to detail of restaurant needs in all aspects of staff support responsibilities. Keeps all wait stations full stocked and maintained. If applicable, Staff may assist in stocking and cleanliness of the Hooters bar area and performing Food Runner task. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks to ensure operations run efficiently is important. **What We're Looking For**
+ Solid experience as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Support Engineer, or similar client-facing tech role.
+ **Experience with SIMPHONY POS (OPERA PMS is an added bonus)**
+ A strong grasp of software systems, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting - you know your way around tech stacks.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $45.43 to $5.63 per hour; from: 94,500 to 178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
