+ Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations.
+ Up-to-date on food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, safety, and marketing.
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
+ Open to relocation for the right role or advancement opportunity.
+ Driver's License preferred but may be required for certain roles.
