The National Account Manager (NAM) is a key leader within ODP Business Solutions, responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across the assigned Hospitality portfolio. - Assist with additional tasks as required to ensure seamless donor service operations. Requirements - High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage calendars effectively.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a flexible schedule.
