- Answer incoming calls, maintain open communication with patients, referral sources, corporate and branch offices in other territories. These calls can be transferred depending on where someone lives. That needs to be verified in the call.
- Scheduling and registering patients promptly and courteously while recording accurate and complete patient documentation for the data forms.
- Verify insurance information. The more familiar with a variety of insurances and their portals, the better!
- Process orders in the system and maintain a current status on orders to be processed. This is where the multi phone calls will go outbound to customers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.30 - $20.18/hr.

Position Overview:
