Compensation:
$16 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
- Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
- Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
- Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade
- Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
- Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
- Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
