The Hotel Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring that guests receive exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
- Train new front desk staff and provide ongoing training to existing staff.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all front desk procedures are followed and that all guest information is kept confidential.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure that guest needs are met.
- Assist with room reservations and cancellations.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate with hotel management.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a dental office Front Desk Coordinator with Coastal Kids Dental and Braces ! This position's primary responsibility is to handle all front office functions for the practice. The Front Desk Coordinator must ensure that patients, parents and/or guardians are the number one priority.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:15am- 4:30pm and Saturdays 2x/month
Education and Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
Specific Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations.
- Customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
- Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
- Strong PC skills and ability to learn and successfully use new programs as required.

**Your day to day**
**We're on the lookout for true leaders. We need a new General Manager to take the top job and make it their own. Taking ownership of the day-to-day hotel direction, maximising financial returns, driving people development and empowering our team to create memorable guest experiences every step along the way.**
**Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:**
**? Developing programmes and initiatives to increase team engagement and achieve against performance and development goals**
**? Maintaining compliance with all required brand and service standards - collaborating with colleagues to exceed guest expectations**
**? Building relationships with guests and external contacts such as current and potential clients, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers and local communities**
**? Leading annual capital, cash flow and sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets**
**? Driving revenues, future profitability and maximum return on investment**
**What we need from you**
**- Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration**
**- Five to ten years' prior hotel management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience**
**- Experience required may vary based on size and complexity of operation**
**- Must speak fluent English**
**- Other languages preferred**
