As the Director, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for all hotel operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences that align with our brand standards. You will lead and mentor a team of hotel managers and operational leaders, fostering a culture of service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. You will manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement. Developing and executing comprehensive guest service strategies to create memorable stays and build guest loyalty will be paramount. You will analyze operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Strategic planning for new property openings and renovations will also fall under your purview.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with significant progressive experience in senior hotel management roles. A proven track record of successfully leading multiple hotel properties and driving operational excellence is essential. You must demonstrate outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. A deep understanding of financial management, P&L responsibility, and revenue management principles is crucial. Experience with hotel management systems and technology solutions is expected.
