We are looking for a Specialist Housekeeping for our Mill Springs Lodge Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. We are seeking team members who are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guests visiting our resort properties!
Schedule Details: Full - Time; Open to working a variable of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?
As a Specialist Housekeeping you would be responsible for:
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the resort by using specialized equipment including auto floor scrubbers, buffers, electrostatic sprayers, burnishers, carpet extractors, encapsulator, steamer, etc.
* Repairing and maintaining all housekeeping carts, vacuums, and other equipment as needed.
* Cleaning and restoring hard floor and carpeted surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, waxing, extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, vacuuming.
* Follow safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure a perfect environment for our guests and team members.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure all areas of the property are maintained to world-class standards.
What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
* Experience as a Carpet Cleaning Technician or Pressure Washer Operator.
* Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machines. Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines.
* Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and complete tasks quickly without compromising quality.
* Capacity to work with little supervision, maintain a high-level of performance, and follow standard operating procedures (SOP's).
* Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to delivering magnificent service.
* Other duties as assigned by leader.

What will I be doing
As a Housekeeping Runner, you would be responsible for completing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Provide customer service to guests, including information about resort services, activities and local attractions
* Make sure that all requests are delivered in a timely manner and in working order.
* Check storerooms for availability of cribs, high chairs, pack & play and bed rails and ensure they are in safe condition
* Replenishes linen and guest amenities
* Able to lift 75lbs; push/pull carts of 150lbs.
* Carries out reasonable requests of supervisor or management.
Schedule: 2:30pm-11:00pm, including weekends and public holidays
What are we looking for
* Previous hospitality experience, preferred
* High School / GED
* Previous related experience
