Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Essential functions
- Support the clients in all HR functions including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, employee/supervisor relations, managing change in regulatory and compliance issues; act as the subject matter expert in these areas.

- Provide both transformational advice and transactional support that delivers best practice HR solutions to support the company and clients’ business plan.

Physical Demands
