Job Description
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM product lines.
- Preferred certifications include Oracle Cloud certifications related to HCM, such as Oracle Fusion Compensation Implementation Specialist or Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Core HR and compensation. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity and ease with IT systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Highly skilled in problem solutions and analysis.
- Completed one full life cycle implementation of Core HCM, Oracle compensation Cloud.
- At least 3-5 years' experience demonstrating an understanding of the Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for journey and Compensation.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client administrators and end-users on Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation as needed.
