**What your day-to-day will be like:**
+ Support clients with workforce planning, talent management, performance management and organizational planning.
+ Drive HR initiatives that support business strategies and promote a unified company culture.
+ Execute special projects as directed by the Director, HR Consulting for the Group and implement Human Resources policies and procedures.
+ Identify critical areas for the analysis, development, and implementation of integrated HR solutions that support your client's global business strategy.
+ Manage status updates and build strategic creative presentations aimed at informing and engaging partners.
+ Advise on all areas of HR support.
**How you will collaborate with others:**
+ Support business partners regarding organizational structure or job changes, applying your analytical experience to make recommendations on talent management, succession, turnover reporting, position descriptions, salaries, and job changes.
+ Inspire a culture of accountability.
+ Ensure positive partnerships with HR Center of Excellence (COE) groups, including Benefits, Compensation, Team Member Relations, Learning and Development, Recruiting, and HR Analytics to provide client solutions.
+ Partner with Legal and Finance departments and governmental agencies to respond to information requests.

+ Building partnerships with key stakeholders, you will gain deep insights into short and long-term business objectives. Your input will help shape business strategy by evaluating the people-related risks and opportunities, leveraging organizational strengths, and addressing constraints within the current framework.

**You have these minimum qualifications:**
+ Four (4) years of experience working in a large, global, corporate, matrixed environment
+ Three (3) years of experience supporting HR strategy that is aligned with the critical priorities of the business
+ Three (3) years of consulting, project management (PM), or Change Management experience
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel
+ Travel as needed

+ BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or MS/MA Master's Degree
