The Human Resources Manager position is an individual contributor and will be responsible for the Human Resources function for the business. The Human Resources Manager position is paying $80,000-$95,000!
Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager include:
+ Responsible for guiding, directing, and managing the overall provisions of Human Resource (HR) services, policies, and programs for the entire company.
+ Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
+ Prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures.
+ Originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the development of a superior staff.
+ Administers company-wide benefits program, including answering questions
+ Monitors and coordinates the evaluation and review process for supervisors.

.We are working with a company located in Brickell that is searching for an HR Generalist/HRBP. Our client started in Brazil and is now launching their US operations. Their goal is to hire in key individuals to have them help with this launch as they grow their location here. Their next key role is this one. This individual will be handling all the HR functions as a one person show. They do utilize an outside payroll service but ideally would like someone who is familiar with ADP. This role will also focus heavily on employee relations. Though this opportunity may start now with this title, the goal is to have this individual become their HR Manager. This is a role for someone who is excited about joining and organization and help it grow. For someone who sees this as an interesting journey to set and establish a company's policies and procedures. For example, in this role you would be working directly with the COO is helping to develop a stock plan. You will also be working with the CEO and CFO on analyzing their benefit plan. This role does require the candidate to be fluent in English and Spanish as you will be interacting with teams members that only speak Spanish. This position will pay a base of $95k.

- Utilize HR information systems to maintain data integrity and generate insights for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct fair investigations into employee concerns, safety incidents, and policy violations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with managers to provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for their teams.
- Create and analyze reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, attendance, and workplace safety trends.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems to promote growth and address performance gaps.
Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role.
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of compensation, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster employee relations.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and onboarding programs.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and workplace safety regulations.
- Experience in employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
