We are seeking a skilled Data Management Consultant to support our data engineering team. The ideal candidate has experience working with HR systems , understands organizational hierarchy and HR data , and can collaborate with senior stakeholders in an agile and consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for data issues, improvements, and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Security, and IT teams to align data with organizational structure and access policies.
  • Analyze and audit data systems to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy.

  • Establish and enforce data governance and data management best practices for HR data.

  • Provide documentation of data flows, data definitions, and data quality rules.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR data management, business systems analysis, or data auditing.
  • Proven experience in data management , data quality , or data governance roles.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems like Workday or similar HCM platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI or other data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data and systems to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in large organizations with complex org hierarchies.
