**Overview**
**THE ROLE:**
The HR Data Analytics & Insights Manager is responsible for analyzing our people related data and provide actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making within the HR function. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and delivering data-backed observations that enhance our talent and overall HR effectiveness. A key component of this role is providing human capital and workforce insights to the Board of Directors, ensuring that the Board is informed about critical workforce metrics that impact our business success. The HR Analytics Manager must also be knowledgeable about market trends and be adept at using external data to inform additional actions for Herbalife's Leadership team.
**HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:**
+ **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to HR leaders and stakeholders.

Paul Weiss is seeking a dynamic, resourceful and proactive individual to join our Human Resources Department as an HR Data Coordinator. The HR Data Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the management of the firm's HRIS system and processes, including performing technical and analytical work and assisting with the department's day-to-day system operations while working closely with other members of the Firm's Business Professionals teams. This role is Non-Exempt, resident in the New York office on a hybrid basis, and reports to the HRIS and Compensation Director.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with our HRIS and Compensation Director and the Senior HRIS Specialist to administer and maintain our human resource information systems
- Create and maintain employee records across HR information systems; process personnel data changes (e.g., hires, promotions, transfers, terminations) with accuracy and urgency
- Respond to internal HRIS related inquiries or requests in a timely manner and proactively provide regular reports and data sets
- Partner with other departments (e.g., Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Finance) to ensure that they have the necessary HR data

The New York City Department of Correction (DOC) is an integral part of the City's evolving criminal justice system, participating in reform initiatives and strategies aimed to move the City towards a smaller jail system without compromising public safety. The DOC is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, volunteers, and people in our custody. Importantly, safe jails enable DOC to provide people in custody with the tools and opportunities they need to successfully re-enter their communities. The DOC operates facilities and court commands across the five boroughs with more than 7,500 diverse professionals and knowledgeable experts.
The Department of Correction is seeking a motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This role supports data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work with data to identify key information and assist in informing initiatives. The selected candidate's responsibilities may include but will not be limited to the following:
-Develop comprehensive reports and detailed data summaries to support strategic planning, inform decision-making, and facilitate high-level presentations for executive leadership and internal stakeholders;
-Compile, analyze, and export critical operational data from internal systems and applications to support departmental oversight, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making by senior leadership;
-Cross-reference and validate data across multiple spreadsheets and systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting across departmental units;
-Upload, manage, and maintain candidate and operational data within the AIU tracking system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established departmental policies and data management standards;
-Track, monitor, and generate reports on daily operational data, with a focus on candidate academy class placement, scheduling, and progress to support workforce planning and operational efficiency;
-Coordinate and execute data reporting initiatives primarily focused on Correction Officer candidate processing, while providing targeted support to ancillary units, including Medical, as operational needs arise;
-Perform related duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas, and analyze data for reporting purposes;
2. Demonstrated customer service experience, with the ability to communicate effectively, resolve inquiries, and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or
2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or
3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy HR Data Administrator to join our dynamic team. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for maintaining UKG, our current Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee data and HR records
- Support the full lifecycle of Human Resources operations including HRIS management, reporting and analytics, compliance, and administrative support
- Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, talent acquisition, and other departments to ensure consistent, timely, and compliant handling of HR information
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems as we evolve our HR capabilities to support a growing, multi-office engineering firm committed to innovation, excellence, and people-first values
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (HR or data analytics certifications are a plus)
Required Qualifications (skills/experience/certifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR administrative, HRIS, or data-focused role within a professional, high-growth organization
- Hands-on experience managing employee data in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), experience with UKG and Deltek VantagePoint highly preferred
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of accuracy in data entry, auditing, and reporting
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, with the ability to create, manage, and interpret HR reports and dashboards that support decision-making
- Must understand HR policies and procedures and have a working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices
- Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and maintains strict confidentiality in all matters related to employee records and sensitive information
- Works collaboratively across departments and enjoys supporting cross-functional teams with timely and reliable HR information
- Able to apply best practices for safeguarding confidential information and ensuring secure data management across HR systems
- Must demonstrate a strong service-oriented approach, with the ability to build positive relationships and respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries in a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused manner
- A background in a multi-entity, project-based environment such as engineering, construction, or professional services is desirable
