The HR Business Partner will support one or more functional teams playing a vital role in ensuring the functions they partner with are thriving and executing people programs at scale -- and, most importantly, translating business strategy into people & org strategy over time. As a key member of our People team, you will work closely with functional leaders on engagement, org health, performance management, employee development, diversity, policy, etc. You’ll provide proactive guidance and counsel and will have the opportunity to improve and impact every employee's experience at Coinbase.
