Essential Duties:
+ Conduct orientation for new associates to Shaw.
+ Ensuring each employee receives required training and that training records are complete for each employee and maintain all training files.
+ Ensuring when a document has been changed that requires training, that the persons affected by change are trained.
+ Certify On the Job Trainers and maintain documentation of employees certified as On the Job Trainers.
+ Conduct Lift Truck Training, certify Lift Truck Operators and issue lift truck license as well as maintaining all training records.
+ Prepare training package for hourly associates and forward to On the Job Trainer
+ Prepare Weekly Job Performance on all trainees.
+ Issuing of job certification.
+ Entering required training data into Shaw Learning Management System.
+ Issue training materials to departments as needed.
+ Review Job Activity Review Sheets with trainee, trainer and Shift supervisor weekly.
+ Interface between trainee, On the Job Trainer and supervisor.
+ Perform other duties assigned by Training Manager.
+ Assist other Human Resource personnel as needed.
+ Comply with Procedures found in SMS manual.

Minimum Qualifications:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. + Previous AHA Training Center Coordinator preferred.
+ Minimum of two years experience in a clinical setting and staff education is required.
**Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:**
+ Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze interpret and communicate technical procedures and healthcare issues. Ability to effectively present information to adult learners Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
