As the Super-Sod HubSpot Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving business success by configuring and customizing the HubSpot platform to support efficient sales workflows, optimize lead management, and enable data-driven decision-making. Acting as the go-to expert between the Sales Hub, CRM platform, and internal cross-functioning teams, you'll manage user access, build automations, and fine-tune workflows to maximize impact. Required Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience, ideally in sales software support, implementation, presales, or site admin experience in HubSpot.
- 3+ years of technical experience optimizing systems to improve efficiency and solve complex challenges.
- Understanding of sales lifecycles and sales team operations.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience managing HubSpot CRM, automation workflows and 3rd party integrations, including ERP integrations.
- Experienced with team enablement and training.
- Skilled in communicating complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office and, in some cases, from a remote offsite location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and digital e-file systems.

General Salary Range
$65,000-$90,000 USD
