Responsibilities:
+ Rotations-You will spend time learning and working in every business sector of your location. These rotations are designed to give you hands-on knowledge of what positions, equipment, and materials are involved in each specific production process.
+ Will provide support to the HR department.
+ Learn all departments and dynamics of Human Resourcesincluding: Hiring, On-Boarding, Orientation, EEOC, Recruitment, Community Relations, Investigations, Training & Development, Technical Training, Talent Development, Payroll, Policy Enforcement, etc.

+ Final Placement: the last 4 months of the program will provide hands-on training in an area of interest with the intention of final placement into a leadership role.

+ Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
+ Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher

Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to support their growing organization in Phoenix, Arizona, US . This pivotal role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, particularly in the realm of talent acquisition and management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and effective talent sourcing strategies. You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Partnering with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR plans that support business goals.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
  • Overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing talent management strategies, including succession planning and performance management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Designing and delivering HR training programs to managers and employees.
  • Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborating with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive and equitable programs.
  • Championing company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Managing HR projects and initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on business partnering and talent acquisition. Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are a must. Familiarity with HRIS systems and talent management software is highly desirable. This is an on-site position, offering direct engagement with employees and leadership within the vibrant Phoenix, Arizona, US office.

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to various business units, providing comprehensive HR support with a specialization in attracting and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, and ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, employer branding, and innovative sourcing methods. You will also play a key role in workforce planning, succession management, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented HR professional with exceptional communication and influencing skills. Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidate pools.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and executing talent acquisition strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing channels, and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with diverse business units and leadership levels.
