We are looking to hire a proficient HVAC Installers to install HVAC systems, duct work, ventilation systems, and gas lines in both our Commercial and Residential departments. Responsibilities:

  • Installing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Connect heating and air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit.
  • Install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
  • Delivery of, and removal of, equipment needed to complete installation work.
  • Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components.
  • Properly dispatching to and from jobs daily.
  • Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
  • Assisting with customers' queries.
  • Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
  • Collecting payment and customer references as needed.


Other Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.

Certifications Desired:

What You’ll Do:

  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specs with confidence

Summary:
Maintains, tests, repairs, and modifies heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related temperature controls and equipment.

Responsibilities:
Provides maintenance support to air handling units, exhaust systems, VAVs, BAS, and chilled water systems. Maintains specified pressures, temperatures, and humidity.

Inspects equipment for malfunctions. Makes adjustments and/or repairs. Recommends modifications, replacements, repairs, and necessary procedures.

Performs routine preventative maintenance according to established schedules. Maintains preventive maintenance records and equipment repair files in order to comply with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.

Assists in construction, remodeling, and maintenance projects. Provides information on critical mechanical and electrical equipment and systems. Conducts and supervises airflow and balancing tests required for accreditation reports and for the infection control program.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
