This position will provide analytical and operational support for the Pharma Rebate Invoicing process. This role serves as a key liaison between account teams and internal departments, addressing client inquiries and ensuring accurate invoicing aligned with pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts. The analyst will develop deep expertise in rebate invoicing and contribute to process improvements and data integrity across systems.

Essential Functions

• Serve as a primary contact for the Rebate Communications team on client questions related to Pharma Rebate Invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Receipting, BDRO, FCO and Account Management to resolve inquiries and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Interpret pharma manufacturer contracts and apply them to the rebate billing system.
• Partner with BDRO to update formulary status and utilization management rules for clients within the rebate billing system.
• Provide reporting and guidance to Rebate Invoicing Analysts regarding formulary changes and contract updates.
• Maintain and update global lists within the Rebate Billing system throughout the year to support timely and accurate invoicing.
• Track setup actions using the Polaris system for validation and audit purposes.
• Prepare validation packets to support all setup actions and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years relevant experience preferred; Healthcare, Insurance, Pharmacy industry a plus
• Knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) and the healthcare industry preferred

As the Express Scripts Inc. (ESI) Health Plans Division (HPD) Operation Director (OD), you will provide operational leadership, expertise, and oversight to some of the most complex arrangements and customized clients. This rewarding position holds significant responsibility as the operations leader to our front line Account Managers.

This client facing OD will report to a Sr. Operation Director within HPD and is responsible for all day-to-day activity of his/her assigned HPD client portfolio and account teams while ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLA) meet or exceed their contractual obligations; thereby driving client satisfaction and retention. POSITION SUMMARY

Our Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI) organization is looking for a Investment Operations Director to lead all Investment Product Management activities for $3B of assets under management including 11 separate accounts and ~50 funds. Primary business contact with external investment managers, guarantors, custodians and providers of financial futures and derivatives, representing ~40 different asset classes. Oversee COLI product management including market analysis, business analytics, product enhancements and implementation, new sales quotes, policy administration technology development and support, and all custody/pricing/trading functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develops and maintains investment offerings to attract new and retain existing client assets. Creates strategic positioning of investment options within COLI products based on knowledge of client funding objectives, capital market conditions and product/portfolio structuring alternatives. Implements changes to investment platform through compliance/regulatory actions, investment management/participation agreements, client/broker communications, accounting, treasury and COLI administration.
• Collaborates with due diligence team on development and application of manager evaluation and analysis of peer group performance and portfolio characteristics. Actively participate in manager monitoring and selection/de-selection process through COLI Investment Committee.
• Negotiates and executes all third-party investment management agreements, participation agreements, and service agreements. Enforces ongoing compliance with investment guidelines and other terms in the agreements. Coordinates with internal partners on applicable stable value wrap agreement matters.
• Oversees all investment related external communications and reporting including monthly, quarterly or semi-annual performance and due diligence reports to clients, prospects, regulators, and internal constituents.
• Initiates and/or oversees interactions with state regulatory authorities on investment matters.
• Coordinates client meetings and presents investment related matters and performance results at client meetings.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with brokers, clients, asset managers and vendors. Oversees internal market update reviews and gathers market intelligence for consideration.

• Collaborate with COLI Finance and COLI Illustration Manager in developing new sales quotes and new product development.

Responsible for owning the ongoing relationship and program management for a group of Verity Solutions Fusebox accounts, primarily through leading a team of Account Managers, Claims Billing and Prior Authorization specialists by guiding daily duties and responsibilities. POSITION SUMMARY

The Financial Operations Analyst maintains the Accounts Receivable subledger for an assigned portfolio of manufacturer accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform in-depth analysis of Pharma Manufacturer Rebate payment support documentation.
• Responsible for cash management and payment application.
• Collection of balances owed by manufacturer base; direct follow up on delinquent payments.
• Follow SOP of return coding of denied claims, facilitate research to confirm and resolve issues regarding validity of returns, book appropriate accruals, and evaluate continuous improvement opportunities to adjust invoicing processes to reduce future instances.

In this fast paced and diverse role, the individual manages all Workday configurations to ensure compliance with labor laws and Cigna's Compensation, Leave, and Payroll policies. Leads Time Tracking for acquisitions and integrations. Oversees HRO staff activities related to new functionality, product releases, year-end projects, and updates to operating procedures. Serves as SME for Time Tracking and Absence, supporting LOA/PTO administration, DOL disputes, case escalations, legal matters, and M&A integrations. SUMMARY

The Director of Supply Chain Inventory Operations oversees inventory management of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals across all clinic locations. This role ensures clinics are adequately stocked, inventory is tracked accurately, and supplies are used efficiently to support patient care. Director is also responsible for developing and implementing inventory management strategies and processes, optimizing supply chain operations and spend, guide the execution of Inventory Tasks by clinic personnel, and leading inventory staff as applicable.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesdays are onsite at our Plano Corporate Office. Candidates should be in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.
