Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in custom application development, scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITSM best practices.
- Experience managing code releases and deployments using scoped applications and automated pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Knowledge of AWS engineering practices and a collaborative approach with cloud-native teams.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or integration tasks is a significant plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation ranges from USD 99,000 to 165,000 per year, varying based on location and the selected candidate's qualifications. Additional compensation may be available through an incentive program.
