About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic AI & Software Engineer to join our Transformation & AI team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about bringing the power of AI into real-world business problems.
You will be responsible for leading the implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft's Azure ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Copilot frameworks, and Microsoft 365 integrations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in ambiguity, and can rapidly translate business challenges into technical solutions, excited about prototyping AI agents, building quick PoCs, and shaping strategic AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of AI solutions using Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Microsoft Copilot SDKs.

Work closely with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation across back-office operations.

Build, test, and iterate on proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilots that solve real business problems quickly.

Integrate AI agents and copilots into existing business workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, Graph API, and Teams/365 ecosystem.

Collaborate with business and software engineering teams to productionize successful PoCs and ensure adherence to full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

Stay on top of the evolving AI/ML landscape, especially within Microsoft's AI ecosystem, and bring new ideas into the organization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience in software development , with focused on AI/ML solutions.

Proven experience with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure ML).

Hands-on experience building copilots or intelligent agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot SDK, Teams Toolkit, Azure AI Foundry, and/or Power Platform.

Hands-on experience on Azure Cloud Services such as FunctionApps, LogicApps, AppServices, and CosmosDB.

Strong programming skills in Python, C# , or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Experience working within Agile SDLC processes, with a deep understanding of best practices for scalable software delivery.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

UI/UX skills - HTML, JavaScript. Integrating AI bots into web portals.

Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration and RPA tools - UI Path, Power Automate etc.
Preferred Skills:

Azure cloud certification.

Experience with Power Automate and familiarity with Process Automation tools.

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (e.g., Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, or Qdrant).

Knowledge and/or experience with LLM frameworks for building Agentic AI like - LangChain, CrewAI, n8n etc.

Experience integrating LLMs into business process workflows and chat-based UI (Teams, Power Apps, etc.).

Exposure to enterprise business processes in operations, finance, HR, or legal functions.

Prior experience in building citizen-developer enablement or AI CoE initiatives is a strong plus.

· Demonstrate exceptional writing skills by transforming complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content across multiple formats (articles, whitepapers, social media, video, podcasts)
· Craft thought-provoking content that positions our consultants as forward-thinking leaders while driving meaningful engagement with target audiences
Speaking & Events Strategy
· Identify and prioritize high-impact industry conferences, summits, and thought leadership forums where our consultants can establish market presence and credibility
· Research and analyze speaking opportunities, evaluating audience quality, industry influence, and strategic alignment with our consulting priorities
· Craft compelling speaker abstracts and presentation proposals that position our consultants' expertise in ways that resonate with event organizers and target audiences
Digital Marketing & Social Media Expertise
· Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit, Youtube, and emerging professional social networking platforms
· Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization for different digital channels
· Familiarity with influencer marketing and personal brand development strategies (preferred)
Relationship Management & Collaboration
· Cultivate partnerships with consultants, understanding their expertise, interests, and career aspirations
· Provide personalized coaching on thought leadership development, personal branding, and media engagement
· Facilitate connections between consultants and external opportunities, media, and industry leaders
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* 3-5+ years in content marketing, thought leadership, or communications roles, preferably in technology or professional services; prior PR agency experience is strongly preferred
* Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior executives and subject matter experts
* Track record of securing speaking opportunities and media placements for executives or thought leaders
* Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Skilled in writing bylines, blogs or other assets for senior leaders
* Proficiency in social media platforms
