We are seeking
a skilled and experienced US Immigration Specialist to join our team
based out of Orlando, Florida. The position will be hybrid and flexible to work
from a home office for a portion of the time. This person
will partner with HR Business Partners and Managers to support the
immigration needs of all the businesses and provide immigration guidance across
Siemens US. The Immigration Advisor will handle visas, track all case files,
and keep them moving through the process on time while utilizing the
immigration vendor. In addition, the Immigration Specialist will educate the
businesses and will develop best practices to improve our level of service and
efficiency.
**In this role, you will work a Hybrid work model reporting to ourOrlando, FL office, with the flexibility to work from a home office for aportion of the time.**

**ResponsibilitiesInclude:**
+ Support theUS-inbound immigration needs of all the sectors across the enterprise, filecasework with the vendor, maintain their visa status, and where applicablemanage the permanent residency process.
+ Partner with HRto maintain compliance with immigration law. Where applicable, support filing anew visa petition in line with associated change(s).
+ Serve as theimmigration consultant for each segment and provide strategic solutions,working with outside counsel for more complex cases.
+ Advise keystakeholders on US immigration regulation, alerts, updates, procedures, etc. tosupport the business in their headcount planning.
+ Develop andleverage external networks to stay on top of US immigration updates and trendsto benchmark and develop alternative solutions to immigration challenges.
+ Monthlyinvoicing for outside vendors
+ Maintainmonthly billing Excel spreadsheets & status reports.
+ Evaluatecurrent Siemens immigration processes, suggesting improvements where needed toimprove operational objectives.
+ Maintaincentralized immigration folders on all visa and Green Card cases.
+ Proactivelycommunicate with employees and other relevant contacts regarding the status oftheir visa cases and extensions.
+ Create andprovide immigration training presentations to interested parties.

**BasicQualifications:**
+ Bachelor'sdegree
+ Minimum of 4plus years of direct experience in immigration and processing of US work visas
+ Knowledge ofemployment-based U.S. and global visas/work permits, permanent residencyapplications, and related immigration processes, forms, applications, laws, andcompliance trends
+ Proficiency inbusiness systems tools such as Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Your Role**
+ Partner as part of the global mobility team to facilitate the America Immigration program and global relocation program to provide a good employee experience and service delivery.
+ Work collaboratively with the Program Manager to track cases, provide data on case metrics to help inform global strategy, and ensure deadlines are timely met.
+ Assist with cases associated with non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings, including H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, O-1, J-1, PERM, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 cases, as well as global visas.
+ Knowledge of the I-9 compliance process, form, and acceptable employment eligibility documents as required by the USCIS to maintain compliance with federal regulations.
+ Conduct routine green card tasks such as postings, advertisements, and educating managers and employees on the process.
+ Initiate services with outside vendors to assist with immigration, relocation and tax services.

+ Maintain appropriate information in our immigration and global mobility records, including Public Access Files.
**What You Will Bring**
+ 5+ years of U.S. Immigration experience (F1, H1B, L1, TN) and the entire Green Card process to include in-depth expertise administering corporate immigration programs in a corporate HR setting
+ Additional experience in a law firm setting with large corporate clients a plus.
+ Knowledge of global Immigration requirements within EMEA and APAC regions.

**Work Arrangement**

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. A Legal Wealth Advisor 2 is responsible for origination and on-going management of a profitable loan, deposit, fee income, and non-interest income portfolio from attorneys and small to mid-sized law firms through the development and retention of long term, profitable client relationships.
The Legal Specialty Group (LSG) provides financial advice and solutions exclusively to attorneys and law firms, sharing experience and expertise in understanding the ever-changing dynamics of the legal profession, and anticipating the issues and trends most important to the legal community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Manage a profitable book of clients consisting of small to mid-size law firms and attorneys, consisting of deposits, loans, and assets under management. Typical book size $3MM-$4.5MM in revenue with emphasis on family wealth relationships of tenured partners within LSG client firms.
2. Develop a business plan annually to include marketing and client acquisition plan in conjunction with a service delivery plan for clients and prospects.
3. Proactively originate new business via leads and referrals via Centers of Influence, marketing efforts, asking for personal introductions from clients, and personal & professional networking in the areas of deposits, loans, and investments.
4. Act as "face" of private practice within LSG firm relationship teams for assigned firms.
5. Identify and "right channel" opportunities for clients and prospects-deliver the comprehensive resources of the bank.
6. Coordinate and lead the WRAP process for advice delivery-hold relationship strategy sessions as appropriate with the relationship teams and deliver Legal Specialty Group value proposition.
7. Document all client interactions via CRM system.
8. Establish consistent visibility within local legal market via event attendance (Association of Legal Administrators, Bar Associations, ProBono foundations, etc.)
9. Participate in campaigns or volunteer at committee level within legal-focused non-profits within local market.
10. Support LSG teammates through collaborative relationship strategies and teamwork.
11. Develop process to mitigate risk within individual practice to include emphasis around the operational, regulatory, and reputational environments.
12. Foster continued personal and professional growth via education seminars, conference attendance, and other continuing education activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 5-7 years or more of banking experience in portfolio-oriented roles
3. FINRA: Series 7, Series 66, Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses and SAFE Act registration. Teammates will have 60 days from their Start Date to transfer, or 90 days from their Start Date to acquire, all of the registrations and licenses required for this position
4. Extensive knowledge of banking products and services, corporate banking & private banking arenas.
5. Satisfies regulatory requirements for holding this position, including determination by Truist to meet the qualification standards imposed by the Loan Originator Compensation rule of the Truth in Lending Act
6. Proven success in the acquisition of new personal client relationships.
7. Demonstrated experience and success in meeting sales goals, identifying and delivering on client needs.
8. Solid understanding of wealth management and financial planning considerations for high net worth individuals and wealth families.
9. Has strong consultative and client management skills with the ability to sell a wide range of products and services.
10. Excellent oral, written, presentation and client service skills.
11. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-faceted client mandates and coordinated relationship engagement teams.
12. Solid understanding of the legal profession.
13. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. CFP, CTFA, CDFA or similar designation. MBA or other advanced post-graduate degree.

- Follow instructions from the supervising attorney and perform accordingly
- Write emails, transcribe notes, research legal documents, fax, copy, and create spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency REQUIRED.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience required, customer service experience a major plus
- Strong background with performance-based metrics
- Case Management software experience is a major plus
- Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise
- Proven track record to meet goals and deadlines
