Design and configure new Supply Chain Execution (SCE) systems to support Daikins end-to-end material handling and goods movement processes for residential and commercial HVAC products. Ensure seamless integration of SCE systems such as Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), Labor Management System (LMS), and Yard Management System (YMS) with the ERP. Manage and maintain SCE systems to optimize performance through planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain activities.
Design, manage, and implement process flows in SCE systems to ensure efficient warehouse operations from goods entry to exit. Coordinate the implementation of new SCEs and prepare, execute, and test configuration updates for system upgrades. Provide advanced technical support for complex SCE issues, develop reports, and support regression, volume, and user acceptance testing. Stay current with bug fixes and patches of Daikins SCE systems. Support data flow mapping and integration between SCE systems and ERP, including labor management system design and continuous workflow validation.
Minimum Requirements- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience with a high-volume HVAC manufacturer, including logistics warehousing, transportation processes, and execution systems. Specific experience with WMS, YMS, TMS management and maintenance, data analysis, data modeling, SQL, Python, InforXA ERP, and AS400 systems. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Travel: 50% domestic travel required.

Key Responsibilities
Workflow Analysis and Optimization:
- Facilitate sessions with staff to analyze current referral workflows, identify pain points, and define the optimal, most efficient closed-loop referral process.
- Develop a User Scoping Matrix and Workflow Diagrams/Statement of Work to document current and proposed processes.

Summary
The Project Implementation Specialist is responsible for the setup of projects. The Project Implementation Specialist may develop or amend the Operational Specification Documents (OSD) to define client expectations and liaise with other departments to ensure setup processes are correct and efficient for each department as well as to service client needs. The Project Implementation Specialist may create or amend customized requisitions, kit build and database configuration. This position will not require client interaction unless tasked with completing the OSD and Laboratory Manuals. Project Implementation Specialist may work with Associate Project Implementation Specialist, Senior Project Implementation Specialists, or Project Implementation Leads for daily tasks to complete the setup of a project. Position SummaryThe Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the onboarding process of new clients and ongoing client maintenance, ensuring the seamless integration of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance services. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet unique client needs.

_ Client Onboarding
- Conduct discovery meetings to gather and understand client requirements.
- Evaluate existing systems to identify integration opportunities.
- Develop and execute detailed implementation plans with timelines and milestones.
System Configuration and Integration
- Customize the PEO platform to align with client business processes.
- Oversee accurate and complete data migration.
- Coordinate integration with third-party applications as needed.
- Ensure client payroll and HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in compliance.
- Lead training sessions for client teams on PEO systems and operational processes.
- Provide responsive support throughout the implementation to resolve questions and issues.
- Monitor implementation progress and adjust plans to address issues or changes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to assess satisfaction.
- Recommend enhancements or additional services to optimize client experience.
- Provide remote support during client conversions when necessary.
- Adhere to project, departmental, and company procedures and quality standards.
- Test and troubleshoot system configurations and functionality.
- Validate system input, output, and connectivity; assist technical teams in resolving issues.
- Upload and audit new client successor wages and set up PTO accrual policies.
- Perform data entry and file uploads for client and employee records.
- Quality check system setups, including Employee records (PTO policies, Benefit plan configurations, 401(k) and garnishment setups).
- Ensure accurate and timely new client setups through thorough needs analysis.
- Manage the electronic onboarding process, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Update internal documentation as required.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and content.
- Continuously develop knowledge of software applications and industry standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a PEO or payroll services environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with PrismHR is highly preferred.
- Experience working with a sales team highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, adaptable approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
