POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESWHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE DO?
This role will partner with team leaders to implement and execute HR strategies focused on employee training, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In addition, they will own programs that run across a broad spectrum of HR processes. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the most value-added work. We are looking for HR professionals with the ability to identify problems and to drive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general HR support in collaboration with operations teams
- Maintain accurate and timely entries in HRIS systems
- Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct audits and compliance checks, including payroll and reporting verifications
- Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements
- Communicate and implement updates to HR policies and procedures
- Align HR strategies with business goals and recommend improvements
- Promote employee engagement through a proactive, hands-on approach (including remote interactions)
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment influenced by economic and policy changes
- Drive innovation in HR practices and continuous process improvement
- Lead initiatives related to employee relations, retention, and recognition
- Manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities effectively

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. Primary Responsibilities Include
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing guidance, recommendations, and conflict resolution strategies aligned with the organizations mission and values.
- Take a consultative approach by coaching and advising managers on employee relations to support sound decision-making.
- Provide expertise on complex issues including but not limited to performance management, workers compensation, leave of absence and/or accommodations, and assist with investigations as needed.
- Identify workforce trends and recommend HR process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Design and facilitate HR training content for field leadership.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and increase efficiency in HR processes.
- Lead the rollout of new HR processes, ensuring effective change management and communication.
- Oversee and optimize the performance appraisal process.
- Analyze HR data and trends to drive strategic recommendations at both the community and organizational level.
- Partner with Recruiting, HR Specialists, and Associate Advancement and Education teams to ensure effective program implementation.
- Actively participate in department meetings and HR All Calls, providing insights and training based on internal and external trends.
- Serve as an informal leader within the HR team, assisting with complex or sensitive matters.
- Support HR colleagues by managing escalated employee concerns.
- Contribute to a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects and reinforces the organizations core values.

Qualifications Include:

Job Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- In support of the Human Resources PMO team, participate in the creation and development of HR processes specifically around compliance, auditing, data management, high-level dashboards, compensation analyses, and project management.
- Support Federal Business Development, Proposals, and Pricing teams through market salary surveys, Key Personnel skills research, Contract Vehicle position mapping exercises, and other HR and compliance functions.
- Create and manage processes to ensure the integrity of employee data, including training team members on regular audits and documentation of appropriate quality control measures.
- Lead and participate in on-site and remote audits of programs, to ensure compliance around FLSA and SCA, and provide recommendations and guidance on required changes to reduce compliance risk.
- Support project operations through a variety of functions, including position reviews, job description creation, employee data auditing, new project start-ups, rebadging exercises, and compensation reviews.
- Convert complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels, including dashboard creations, and complete educational and informative presentations.
- Assist the Human Resources function in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all project employees in multiple locations.
- Partner with Project HR leadership and staff to facilitate process improvements, project management, plan creations, and other regularly required functions.

We’re looking for someone who is a confident public speaker, personable, creative, dependable, and driven. Prior experience in call center operations or client services is highly desirable.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESWHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE DO?
This role will partner with team leaders to implement and execute HR strategies focused on employee training, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In addition, they will own programs that run across a broad spectrum of HR processes. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the most value-added work. We are looking for HR professionals with the ability to identify problems and to drive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver general HR support in collaboration with operations teams
- Collaborate with remote HR teams and the HR Manager to address HR-related matters and initiatives
- Align HR strategies with business goals and recommend improvements
- Foster employee engagement through a proactive, hands-on approach (including remote interactions)
- Adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment influenced by economic and policy changes
- Champion innovative HR practices and process improvements
- Lead employee relations, retention, and recognition programs
- Manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Business Partner or related HR/operations role
- Some undergraduate-level education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with training tools and techniques
- Strong conflict resolution skills (including both customer and employee interactions)
- Effective time management, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Skilled in planning, coordination, and adapting to various learning styles
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in military or government (local, state, or federal) environments
- Background in contact center operations
- Degree from an accredited two- or four-year college or university
- SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
