  • Provide technical support to the production manufacturing process.
  • Design safety and quality enhancements.
  • Develop and improve process documentation.
  • Drive out defects in the process and enhance overall productivity, safety and quality by collaborating with production teams and leadership.
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing Degree).
  • 2 + Years' experience from an industrial manufacturing production plant making Process Improvements.
  • Ability to direct and guide efforts of various shift staff members.
  • Project management skills and time study experience.
  • Technical problem-solving ability with speeds & measurements.
  • Experience directing contractors / vendors.
  • ERP tool familiarity (such as SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards) Enterprise Resource
  • Applicable AutoCAD skills.
  • Initiative to learn new technology.
  • Good inter-personal skills and ability to teach and lead others.

  • Develop and improve process documentation.
  • Drive out defects in the process and enhance overall productivity, safety and quality by collaborating with production teams and leadership.
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing Degree).
  • 2 + Years' experience from an industrial manufacturing production plant making Process Improvements.
  • Ability to direct and guide efforts of various shift staff members.
  • Project management skills and time study experience.
  • Technical problem-solving ability with speeds & measurements.
  • Experience directing contractors / vendors.
  • ERP tool familiarity (such as SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards) Enterprise Resource
  • Applicable AutoCAD skills.
  • Initiative to learn new technology.
  • Good inter-personal skills and ability to teach and lead others.
  • Ability to work off shift or weekends as needed.
  • Strong PC skills including MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled work environment.
  • English / Spanish bilingual a plus (but not a requirement).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
