Keymark Corporation of Florida is actively interviewing applicants for Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians for the night shift. These are full-time, 12-hour shifts from 6pm–6am with a 4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule. You will earn night shift differential pay of $0.75/hr added to your compensation.
The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is offered with hourly compensation ranging in annual earnings between $0,000 - 80,000 , depending on your knowledge and experience level.

Skills and Aptitude:

Working Conditions:
As is customary in an extrusion and manufacturing facility, the employee must be aware of the automatic machines, overhead cranes, and mobile equipment.
Ambient temperatures will vary but can be high during the day and seasons of the year. Protective garment requirements can further add to working temperatures. Hydration beverages are available throughout the shift, and employees are encouraged to maintain hydration levels.
Noise levels vary throughout the shift, with exposure to industrial manufacturing equipment noises. Hearing protection is provided and required at all times during operations. Frequent bending, stooping, and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.), walking, climbing ladders, and periods of standing are required. Must have training in the proper operation and use of material handling tools such as hand trucks, pallet lift trucks, and forklifts. The job involves using computers to keep track of inventory parts and stock items being issued.

Qualifications:

Front-end loader, forklift, and high lift experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field.
General experience with industrial equipment and ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on rail unloading equipment.
Ability to make simple electrical diagnosis and repairs.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
Conveyor System repair experience.
Experience in electrical from 24vdc to 120vdc controls and up to 480vac for main wiring.

Position Description:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Foundry Commercial team in Tampa, Florida. This position is responsible for performing general maintenance of assigned facilities utilizing several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
Essential Job Functions:
- Resolve tenant service maintenance requests accurately and timely.
- Perform maintenance of equipment including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating and changing parts to maintain the HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels.
- Monitor the allocation of facility system capability to various base building and tenant needs, specifically UPS/Generator and cooling system capacities.
- Review monthly tenant service request summaries to pinpoint and correct recurrent operational problems.
- Ensure the availability of an adequate operating inventory of tools and supplies by performing periodic checks.
- Oversee the fulfillment of equipment warranty obligations by the original installer.
- Secure equipment manuals and drawings from installers/contractors.
- Understand the engineering design and operational aspects of each building system. Immediately recognize system shortcomings when they occur.
- Devise technical enhancements which will improve aspects of facility operation.
- Identify equipment which may require replacement or reconditioning.
- Provide on-call support as required.
- Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
Education and Experience Requested:
- Minimum of three years field experience
- General knowledge of pneumatic and electronic controls is required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and work order systems.
- Superior customer service skills and orientation. Collaborative style and ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervision.
- Sound troubleshooting skills and the capacity to fully resolve problems.
- Ability to read HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and architectural blueprints.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools and perform basic electric, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
