Wage Information:
- The wage is no less than $24.00 per hour. Overtime pay starts at $6.00 per hour.
- A higher rate than 24.00 may be offered, the overtime rate will be calculated 1.5X the offered hourly rate.

Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for making repairs and conducting preventative maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities

Maintaining plant mechanical and building equipment.

Install piping and mechanical equipment as directed.

Troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical failures or malfunctions, and gain knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Assist in the construction and/or repair of all plant equipment.

Keep records as required.

Perform the duties of a B Maintenance Mechanic.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Maintain all assigned work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe condition as circumstances permit.
Skills & Qualifications

**Location:** Dover, NJ **Pay:** $34.75 (plus differential for off shifts), and $7.42 after 12 months
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for making repairs and conducting preventative maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintaining plant mechanical and building equipment.
+ Install piping and mechanical equipment as directed.
+ Troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical failures or malfunctions, and gain knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Assist in the construction and/or repair of all plant equipment.
+ Keep records as required.
+ Perform the duties of a B Maintenance Mechanic.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
+ Maintain all assigned work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe condition as circumstances permit.
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment
+ PLC experience is a plus.
+ Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to operators.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is - /yr.

You will be eligible to participate in the Company's employee benefit plans offered at your location, including health care, life insurance, and disability coverage. Details of these plans will be sent to you separately upon hire or completion of probationary period if applicable.
401k Plan:
The Company offers a tax qualified 401(k) savings plan to help you save toward retirement. Details will be sent to you separately and are subject to plan terms and conditions. Current company contributions are:

3% of your eligible compensation regardless of whether you contribute to the plan, and

100% of your deferred pre-tax savings up to 6% of your base pay.
Vacation:

You will be eligible for 10 days of paid vacation per year, accrues as per policy (prorated based on your hire date) in accordance with the Company's Vacation Policy, in addition to Company recognized holidays.
