We are seeking an Industrial Technician to join the Maintenance Department at our Frederick, Maryland manufacturing facility. This hands-on role is primarily responsible for mechanical maintenance, with a preference for candidates who also have experience in electrical systems. The technician will support multiple production lines by performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety in all tasks, following all lock-out/tag-out procedures and promoting a zero-incident culture.
- Ensure full environmental compliance during all maintenance activities.
- Perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting across manufacturing lines and supporting systems.
- Execute scheduled maintenance and repair tasks according to work plans and best practices.
- Apply precision maintenance techniques including alignment, balancing, and accurate measurements.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks such as lubrication, inspections, cleaning, and scheduled component replacements.
- Rebuild mechanical components such as pumps, valves, and air cylinders as needed.
