Key Responsibilities
- Working service as a sommelier five nights a week
- Acting as the point person for the wine program when the Beverage Director is absent
- Directly assisting or overseeing the delegation of wine selections for private parties
- Overseeing onboarding wine education for new staff members
- Overseeing the processing of wine deliveries, cellar maintenance, and administrative duties
