Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer partnership strategies to support both B2C and B2B brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals.
- Source, vet, and recruit relevant influencers and thought leaders across platforms who align with brand values and campaign objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, subject matter experts, talent managers, and creator agencies.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation structures with creators for both consumer-facing and business-focused campaigns.

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our lean and mighty marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition through creators, ambassadors and other brand partnerships. You will fully own influencer and partnership marketing— including both setting strategy for a multi-channel approach and executing across all digital platforms (particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
You will love this role if you are a self-starter who likes to set your own agenda and bring new ideas to the table. You have exceptional organization and writing skills with hyper attention to detail. You consume a lot of social media yourself, and thus instantly know good brand storytelling when you see it and are on top of the latest trends. You get energy from both blue-sky thinking and tactical execution (including jumping into data to celebrate the results of your hard work!).
This is our first fully-dedicated influencer role and we expect it to play a critical role in our next chapter of growth. As a result, you will have significant exposure to leadership and work collaboratively across our ~10 person marketing, brand, creative team, and cross-functionally with customer care and product. You will be at the core of introducing pet owners to the transformational power of raw feeding and will have an impact every day.
This role will report to the Head of Growth and be based in New York. Expect to work in-person 1-2 days a week and remotely the remaining time.
Responsibilities:
- Build an influencer and partnerships marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, build community, and ultimately convert new customers in line with growth and CAC goals
- Oversee execution of all influencer and partnerships marketing initiatives, including:
- Identifying creators
- Gifting product organically
- Negotiating and contracting paid relationships
- Briefing creators and partners
- Monitoring creator/partner delivery against commitments
- Ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Analyzing and reporting on partner and overall program performance
- Surfacing learnings and adjustments to strategy
- Design and execute influencer events and activations
- Work in lock-step with head of growth to ensure your efforts align with broader paid marketing strategy
- Manage against a monthly budget for gifting and paid relationships, and manage agency relationships if needed
- Stay on the pulse of key trends across social platforms and surface timely ideas

Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years in influencer, partnership and/or brand marketing for D2C / eCommerce businesses; strong preference for knowledge of pet space
- Proven experience creating an influencer marketing strategy that delivered material new customer acquisition for a company, particularly via Instragram, TikTok and/or YouTube
- Natural relationship builder with track record of building many collaborative and productive partnerships for a brand

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and account management

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day execution of client programs, working in partnership with the Client Services teams and our COE (Center of Excellence) to execute social-first marketing strategies built to deliver on client goals.
