Responsibilities:
  • Design and structure how information is organized, labeled, cataloged, and accessed across digital platforms and data ecosystems; ensure that complex information, whether structured data, documents, or digital content, is intuitive, findable, and usable for both humans and machines
  • Develop taxonomies, metadata standards, and semantic models; optimize information flow and retrieval; collaborate with UX, data, and business teams to create a unified and accessible information layer; enable self-service, support AI and knowledge systems; align content and information strategy with business goals
  • Support the development and design of a data vision, strategy and implementation path; champion alignment to the applicable strategies, and adherence to them, the related commitments, the budget and management of the risk

Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent practical experience of designing and implementing information or data solutions, as well as with innovation and ideation methods, such as design thinking; practical experience implementing data and analytics management programs is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Understanding of business domain, data/content and process, as well as understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information models and metamodels, taxonomies and ontologies, as well as of the challenges of applying structured techniques (data modeling) to less-structured sources
  • Expert knowledge of data modeling and information classification with knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design, and programming techniques; familiarity with data science concepts, as well as MDM, business intelligence, and data lake and warehouse design and implementation techniques, as well as with distributed management and analytics in cloud and hybrid environments; understanding of a variety of data access and analytic approaches (such as microservices and event-based architectures)

Qualifications
  • 5+ years proven expertise leading large-scale platform and content architecture initiatives from roadmap definition through iterative development and launch

  • Deep knowledge of information architecture, including knowledge graph design to support discoverability, personalization, AI/LLM readiness and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) required

  • Proven experience designing metadata frameworks that share goals and ensure data quality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Your Role:

The Information Architecture Governance Advisor leads the design and implementation of an enterprise information model. Establishes and enforces enterprise data and information architecture policies, standards, and processes according to best practices. Champions and facilitates the review of data-related changes across the organization. Your work:

  • Lead the design and implementation of information modeling practices for the enterprise

  • Define criteria and controls for an authoritative data source (ADS)

  • Define data and information architecture related standards and guidelines

  • Coordinate and facilitate the review of data-related changes from an enterprise perspective

  • Organize data within domains and sub-domains to enhance the ability to find, govern, and utilize data across the enterprise

The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in information architecture and a passion for AI optimization, youll lead the strategy and delivery for structuring content and metadata to power personalized, intelligent experiences on Adobes Experience League platform, the central learning hub for Adobes enterprise customers!

Youll drive the roadmap for our information architecture program, including taxonomy design, scalable frameworks, and knowledge graph development. Your work will directly fuel AI-powered discovery, search, recommendations, and conversational experiences. Partnering with product managers, engineers, content strategists, and designers, youll build machine-readable systems that elevate customer outcomes and advance Adobes AI and LLM capabilities.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, content, data, and AI. Your contributions will make Experience League content smarter, more discoverable, and AI ready. Youll help enterprise customers learn faster, unlock value sooner, and thrive with Adobe solutions!

Responsibilities Strategy, leadership, and collaboration
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for information architecture, ensuring structured content, discoverability, and AI-powered personalization across the customer training platform.

  • Lead large-scale, iterative development by turning complex business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions in partnership with engineering, design, and content teams.

  • Shape the platform roadmap and guide taxonomy, tagging, and metadata by applying deep IA expertise and collaborating across authoring, product, and engineering teams.

Data quality and governance
  • Subject matter expert in taxonomy, ontology, and knowledge graphs to structure content for personalization, search, analytics, and AI/LLM-readiness

  • Implement governance models and metadata standards that drive consistency, quality, and reuse across large content ecosystems

  • Design scalable site structures and label systems that improve information retrieval and user experience

  • Maintain and evolve centralized metadata systems that support automation, platform consistency, and AI-readiness

Qualifications
  • 5+ years proven expertise leading large-scale platform and content architecture initiatives from roadmap definition through iterative development and launch

  • Deep knowledge of information architecture, including knowledge graph design to support discoverability, personalization, AI/LLM readiness and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) required

  • Proven experience designing metadata frameworks that share goals and ensure data quality

  • Solid understanding of content tagging strategies, including AI-assisted tagging aligned to product features, personas, and journey stages

  • Excellent communicator and project manager with a strong ability to distill complex technical concepts into value-based language

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
